The Defected Purchase
Ever gotten home from a day of shopping to find a stain on your blouse? Bummer, this usually calls for a return.
Well, not in God’s case. Our heavenly Father brought us with the precious blood of Jesus, and though we were damaged, He kept us. He knew that we were defected even before making us His and still choose us.
Thank you for not returning us, Lord. We belong to Him and always will.

What other superhero fiction or real has given up his life for the ones who wanted to kill him?
How many superheros would humble themselves to the death of a criminal?
What other superhero healed the sick and fed the needy?
Who do you know that loves you no matter what…even from the beginning of time knowing all the wrong you will do… ?
I know of only one that fits that description and beyond…and that is my Saviour, Jesus Christ…the ULTIMATE Superhero :)
